Our estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days, including order processing, preparation, and transportation.
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders of $187.00 or more. Orders below $187.00 have a flat shipping charge of $15.00.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Oaktrimco accepts eligible return and exchange requests submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery.
We do not charge shipping fees for authorized returns or exchanges. Our stated total refund timeframe is 10 business days from the applicable refund approval and receipt conditions described in our policy.

Oaktrimco handles authorized returns through regional warehouse arrangements. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide the designated address for the available regional warehouse nearest to your location.
Do not independently ship returned merchandise to our business address or any warehouse address that has not been confirmed by our team.
Please request return instructions before arranging any shipment. This helps ensure that your returned furniture is sent to the correct receiving location and can be properly identified.
Authorized return and exchange shipping is free of charge to the customer.
